About The Position

At our Troy Conagra Plant, we're producing Slim Jim’s which is an American meat snack. Reporting to the product supervisor, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 1000 associates. You will be working on the production line and will be supplying the lines to ensure a continuous production flow. You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers. You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.

Requirements

Lifting up to 30 pounds
Climbing stairs
Using hands to move things
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy.
Willingness to wear earplugs and other personal protective equipment.
