These are entry level, non-skilled, general labor positions responsible for the successful training and completion of an 8 WEEK QUALIFICATION PERIOD for various job roles within the plant, while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Upon successful completion of the training program, the team member will be transferred into a vacant position on the CONE LINES. Successful transfer is dependent upon there being a vacancy on the CONE LINES. If there are no vacancies, then the team member will be transferred into another position within the Plant that will not be considered a CONE LINE position and therefore ineligible for the incentive pay. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. All Tyson Team Members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal and food safety.
