General Labor PR01 - Bacon Processing - 2nd shift

About The Position
This is an entry-level, non-skilled general labor position in bacon processing. The role requires maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures. It involves fast-paced work and repetitive motion. The position is assigned to second shift and is slated for team members currently working at this facility or complex. Team members at another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. Pay starts at $16.95 per hour, with an additional $1.10 per hour second-shift differential.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be willing and able to lift and pull up to 50 pounds or more if required.
- Must be able to stand for 8–12 hours per day.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach as required.
- Must be willing to work in temperatures ranging from 45 to 110 degrees, depending on the plant area, and in cold, damp, hot, or humid environments.
- Must be willing to work weekends if required.
