About The Position

At Conagra Brands' Troy Conagra Plant, we are producing Slim Jim's, an American meat snack. This role involves monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will be part of a team of over 1000 associates.

Requirements

• Physical position requiring lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Ability to use hands to move things.
• Willingness to work in a noisy manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts.
• Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfillment of production demand.

Responsibilities

• Supplying the production lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
• Performing product checks to ensure quality for consumers.
• Collaborating with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
