About The Position

This position is responsible for understanding and agreeing to follow safety rules. It requires the willingness to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds, work in damp, cold or hot environments, and reach above shoulder level. The role involves standing for 8-10 hours a day, wearing required PPE (ear protection, hair net, beard guard), and maneuvering freely as needed. Good hand/eye coordination is essential, and the ability to climb steps/stairs to access work areas is necessary. Tyson of Rogers offers a performance-based incentive for Debone and Hand Cutters, ranging from $40 to $80 per day on top of the hourly wage, and provides up to 8 weeks of one-on-one job training.

Requirements

There is a 180-day (6 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members.
Maximum of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
