General Labor - 3rd Shift

About The Position

This is a General Labor position on the 3rd shift. Training will be provided on the 1st or 2nd shift for the first 30 days, after which the employee will transition to the 3rd shift. The 3rd shift operates from 9 PM to 5:30 AM.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
• Ability to read measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Wrapping, baling, packaging, assembly, and housekeeping tasks.
• Reading and understanding work orders to accurately apply adhesive, assemble, and pack fabricated parts according to customer specifications.
• Understanding and following written and/or verbal instructions regarding customer specifications.
• Verifying conformance to specifications using a tape measure.
• Understanding and following written and/or verbal direction from Group Leads.
• Maintaining daily 5s in the general area of responsibility.
• Following 5s and safety policies and procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
