About The Position

The General Labor to Assist CNC Machines position is responsible for assembling and testing components and products using a variety of tools. This position also assists with the operation of CNC machines by loading and unloading materials, setting up and changing tools, and monitoring the machining process. Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking to hire a 1st shift General Labor to Assist CNC Machines to join their team in the Decatur, IN region. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
Basic knowledge of CNC machining
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
Good physical condition, able to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Assemble and test components and products according to specifications
Assist with the operation of CNC machines by loading and unloading materials, setting up and changing tools, and monitoring the machining process
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure that they meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and regulations
