About The Position
General Labor – Shipping Day Shift | Monday–Friday | Starting at $19.50/hour 45-hour work week with additional overtime opportunities available Start Your Career with Klute Looking for a hands-on role with a company that values hard work, teamwork, and growth? Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Standing and/or walking for most of the workday
- Frequent lifting, including objects up to 70 pounds
- Regular use of hands to handle materials, tools, and equipment
- Exposure to both indoor and outdoor working conditions
Responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble, and package materials for customer shipment
- Count, organize, and verify parts for accuracy
- Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
- Touch up and rework materials as needed to meet quality standards
- Follow customer specifications and shipping requirements
- Support the team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
