About The Position
Precision Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, jack-of-all-trades person to assist with shipping, receiving, general labor, and other work throughout our Brooten facility. This is a varied position for someone who likes working on different projects instead of doing the same task every day. Precision Manufacturing is the hiring employer for this position. We work as part of the Midwest Equipment/Packer Brothers group, building and supporting equipment lines that include Arrow Hammer and Brown Bear.

Responsibilities
- Receiving and stocking parts
- Preparing orders for shipment
- Building custom pallets and crates
- Packaging complete equipment so it arrives safely
- General equipment assembly
- Organizing parts and materials
- Building and grounds maintenance
- Other shop projects as needed
