About The Position
Stripe-A-Zone, a Frontline Road Safety Group company, is seeking hard-working, reliable General Laborers to join their team. The company is an industry leader and the largest provider of pavement marking services in the United States. The General Laborer for roads and highways is responsible for understanding and performing all duties related to the pavement marking process, including driving and operating various pavement marking equipment.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and Clean MVR
- Able to pass urine drug analysis
- Must be able to work nights and weekends (as needed)
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Nice To Haves
- CDL License Holder
- TCS Certification - obtain and maintain a TCS certificate
- Flagger Certification - obtain and maintain a Flagger certificate
- Forklift Certification to operate a forklift
Responsibilities
- Properly load and unload materials from trucks and trailers by hand and forklift.
- Operate large and small vehicles.
- Effectively Operate the following Vehicles/Equipment: hand machines, forklift, hand grinder, 3M hand-tape machine, 3M adhesive applicator and hand-roller tamper cart.
- Install Preformed Thermo (hot tape).
- Complete DVIRs and Daily Logs correctly for CDL Drivers
- Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures
- All other duties as assigned
