This role is for a General Labor - 2nd Shift position in Franklin, KY, with a schedule of Monday-Thursday from 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM. The starting pay is $18.00/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with opportunities for pay increases every 90 days through performance evaluations. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
Willingness to learn and work in multiple production areas.
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Operate and assist with manufacturing equipment while following established procedures.
Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery and work areas.
Load and unload materials on production equipment and assembly lines.
Perform routine quality inspections on finished products.
Complete general housekeeping and property maintenance tasks.
Report equipment concerns or quality issues to supervisors.
Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.
Support the production team with additional duties as needed.
