The Skid Loader is responsible for placing finished cases, bags or totes of product onto pallets. Identify proper labeling of product and code dating. Keeping work area clean and organized. This role involves performing assignments on all lines, counting and stacking cases according to pallet configurations, and visually identifying good or bad cases, bags or totes. The position requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.P.'s), effective verbal communication with colleagues and supervisors, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, sometimes independently. Meeting company attendance standards and complying with all safety, health, environmental regulations, and company policies are essential. Marginal functions include performing basic maintenance, operating a computer for basic functions, and operating a hand jack.
