About The Position

The General Labor team member plays a key role in daily operations, ensuring grain movement, customer satisfaction, and safe, efficient facility operation. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, assisting customers, performing general maintenance and housekeeping, and cross-training in areas like scale operations. While maintenance experience is a plus, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are prioritized. The position offers a fast-paced, rewarding experience, especially during peak seasons like harvest, supporting local farmers.

Responsibilities

Safely unloading and loading grain trucks
Delivering friendly, dependable customer service
Performing routine maintenance and facility upkeep
Climbing bins and legs for grain measurement and minor repairs
Occasionally traveling to assist other locations or operate grain vacs at customer farms
Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, professional facility
