Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs (and up to 50 lbs with assistance)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to temperature changes and flour dust
Strong reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a fast-paced production or packaging environment
Familiarity with GMPs or food manufacturing processes
Experience working with automated packaging equipment
Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

Pack finished bakery products into cases while meeting quality and case count specifications
Inspect products for compliance with quality standards including appearance, dimensions, and temperature
Prepare and label cartons, cases, and pallets accurately for distribution
Maintain adequate packaging materials and supplies to support production flow
Monitor equipment performance and escalate issues to leadership as needed
Follow GMPs, safety standards, and company procedures to ensure compliance and product integrity
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
