Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 months of manufacturing or food production experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment while meeting quality and safety standards.
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in packing or food manufacturing operations.
- Experience working in automated or semi‑automated packaging environments.
- Knowledge of GMPs and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Familiarity with SAP or production/packaging data entry systems.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; forklift certification helpful.
Responsibilities
- Ensure packed products meet quality and product specifications, including appearance, weight, dimensions, and core temperature.
- Prepare and assemble cases with correct liners, baking instructions, retail bags, labels, and codes.
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment to support safe, accurate, and efficient production.
- Identify and escalate quality issues or equipment malfunctions to Packaging or Production leadership.
- Palletize finished cases correctly, label pallets accurately, and place product in designated freezer locations.
- Complete required packaging and production documentation accurately and on time.
- Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following GMPs and safety standards.
