About The Position

Waterous Company is seeking a General Journey Machinist to join their team. This full-time position is responsible for operating machinery to produce parts and components. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and offers a competitive hourly rate with a shift differential for the second shift. Requirements

• High School / GED
• Knowledge of Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls.
• Able to do own set-ups.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to stand continuously.
• Have personal Machinists hand tools.
• Must pass all assessments of MAPS (Manufacturing Aptitude Profile System) test.
• Criminal background checks and prior employment reference checks are conducted.
• Must pass post-offer physical examination, drug screen and physical capabilities assessment criteria.
• Must join the union after 30 days.

Nice To Haves

• 5 years experience preferred.
• Casting machining experience desirable.
