Our General Internship is a 10-week paid program designed to provide broad exposure to the hospitality and property management industry. Interns will be placed in a department that aligns with both company needs and individual career goals. Potential areas include Front Desk Operations, Guest Services, Property Management, Marketing, Food & Beverage (select locations), Maintenance Operations, and Corporate Support. Interns will work closely with experienced team members and leadership while gaining hands-on experience through daily operations and special projects. This flexible structure ensures a well-rounded understanding of the hospitality business while allowing interns to explore their interests.

  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in hospitality, tourism, or property management preferred
  • Previous work experience or extracurricular involvement preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with guest services and front desk operations
  • Supporting marketing initiatives, including social media and local outreach
  • Participating in property tours and guest engagement activities
  • Learning reservation and property management systems
  • Assisting with maintenance coordination and property upkeep processes
  • Supporting event planning and community activities
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors
  • Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Supporting team projects and operational initiatives
  • Learning and applying problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the property
  • Completing special projects assigned by leadership
