About The Position

Real Estate Management Solutions (REMS) is part of the MBE CPAs Affiliate Group and provides property management services for residential, commercial, storage, and vacation properties throughout Wisconsin. They work closely with both property owners and tenants and are looking for hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Provide property management services
• Work closely with property owners and tenants
• Perform cleaning duties
• Provide leadership for the cleaning team (day and night shifts)
• Perform repairs and upkeep of properties
• Participate in an on-call rotation for property maintenance
