Real Estate Management Solutions (REMS), part of the MBE CPAs Affiliate Group, provides property management services for property owners and tenants across residential, commercial, storage, and vacation properties throughout Wisconsin. They are seeking hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in their contributions. REMS offers various opportunities, including roles in cleaning, leadership, and property maintenance/repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide property management services.
• Work closely with property owners and tenants.
• Perform cleaning duties.
• Supervise cleaning teams (day and night shifts).
• Perform repairs and upkeep on properties.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for property maintenance.
• Travel between properties as needed.
