The Floater/Helper position is designed to provide operational assistance, setup support, material handling, and relief coverage across all designated machine centers.

Responsibilities
- Assisting primary operators
- Machine setup
- Performing material loading/unloading
- Basic quality checks
- Minor preventative maintenance
- Maintaining machine center cleanliness
- Daily task assignments among the machine centers at the reasonable discretion of management based on production needs.
