About The Position

The General Helper - Probationary Training position is a full-time hourly role with a shift from 6pm to 6am, working 4 days on and 4 days off. This role involves assisting operators and helpers of corrugating and converting machinery, including setup, operation, and cleanup. The position is located at the Biglerville Container Facility in Biglerville, PA.

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability, as this is a 24/7 manufacturing plant
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Willingness to cross train on multiple positions
• Ability to accurately use and read measuring devices
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Willingness to comply with all Company policies and procedures including safety and good housekeeping
• Candidates must successfully complete an online Operations test and Interview.
• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment Health Assessment, Drug Screen and Background Check, prior to starting work.
