General Help 2nd and/or 3rd Shift
About The Position
As a General Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting machine operators and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This position offers hands-on training, continuous learning opportunities, and a clear pathway to develop the skills needed to become a qualified Machine Operator. In this role, you will be expected to assist with machine operations and production activities, learn and follow work orders, machine instructions, and operating procedures, perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards, maintain machine cleanliness and support a safe, organized work environment, complete housekeeping tasks to promote workplace safety and efficiency, monitor production processes and help reduce material waste, contribute to achieving departmental and company production goals, and adhere to all safety policies and operational requirements. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, flexibility to work 8 to 12-hour shifts, and a commitment to safety and quality. This is an active, hands-on position that requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow. Requirements
- A strong understanding of safe work practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to perform measurements and accurately read a tape measure.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- The ability to read, review, and interpret work orders, specifications, and production instructions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve production and operational goals.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance.
- Flexibility to work 8 to 12-hour shifts.

- Mechanical aptitude or experience working with machinery and equipment preferred, but not required.
