About The Position
Falcon Manufacturing, a division of NOA Brands America, Inc., is a custom fabrication facility for sheet metal, tubing, and wire components. Falcon provides economical manufacturing to large volume clients through our highly trained staff, advanced manufacturing technology, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing. Falcon is looking to add General Help to our Metal Shop team. The right candidate will have an opportunity to learn from experienced operators on machines such as CNC Punch Press, Laser Cutters, Spot Welding, Welders and Press Brakes, wire bender, Pemserter, manual drill press, manual lathe, and manual milling machine.

- Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in a timely manner

- Energetic and eager to learn
Nice To Haves
- Experience in metal shop production
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of equipment and ability to read blueprints is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials
- Assist other employees or machine centers as needed
- Maintain work area
- May perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require
