About The Position

General Help Associates start as entry level at an hourly rate of $20.50. After an initial onboarding period, the Entry Level Associates immediately begin a state-of-the-art training and certification program to allow potential rapid advancement to higher position and increased wages. This is a full-time, hourly position with shifts available from 3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday, or 11pm-7am, Sunday-Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Reading factory orders
• Counting and stacking finished product
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
• Learning various processes for operating converting and corrugating machines.
• Cleaning functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
