CORRUGATOR STACKER - SUMMER HELP 1st/2nd/3rd Shift
About The Position
This is a summer help position with potential for full-time employment. The role involves working as part of the production crew, focusing on preparing the corrugator machine for production runs according to customer orders. The individual will assist in monitoring the production run, ensuring it proceeds smoothly. They will be responsible for identifying and reporting issues such as machine failure, quality deviations, or material shortages to the operator. Collaboration with management and maintenance may be required to resolve problems. Occasional feeding of the machine may also be necessary.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, such as schedules and orders.
- Willingness to work overtime on short notice, including weekends.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, around machinery, and heavy forklift traffic.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- 1 + year of experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks.
