About The Position

This role focuses on preparing the corrugator machine for production runs according to customer orders. The operator will assist in monitoring the production run to ensure it proceeds smoothly and will identify and report any issues such as machine malfunctions, quality deviations, or material shortages to the operator. Collaboration with management, maintenance, and other employees may be required to resolve problems. Occasional feeding of the machine may also be necessary.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, such as schedules and orders.
• Willingness to work overtime on short notice, including weekends.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, around machinery, and heavy forklift traffic.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• 1+ year of experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.
