As a Tim Hortons General Help on our team of other service stars, you’ll take on the important tasks of providing excellent customer service by preparing drink and food orders, as well as maintaining cleanliness of the environments we work in. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. This is a full-time, weekday position in downtown Calgary, Monday to Friday mornings/afternoons - NO evenings or weekends required!

Requirements

• Experience in food service and cash-handling an asset
• Strong customer service skills and working within a team setting
• Ability to follow directions, work quickly and concisely under pressure, and with minimal supervision
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while preparing drink and food orders
• Compile orders accurately and in a timely fashion
• Receive payment by cash, debit/credit card and campus card
• Assist with opening/closing of the location
• Keep stations clean and replenished at all times
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• May perform other job duties as required
