Requirements

• Attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks with accuracy and speed
• Working knowledge of sanitation procedures (or a willingness to learn!)
• Respectful, professional with excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, cool and collected in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated with a “can do” attitude!
• Available to work flexible hours and shifts including days, weekends, nights and holidays
• Minimum 1-2 years experience

Responsibilities

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift/move/put away heavy items (on average 50lb)
• Handing of food safety regulations and proper chemical usage/dilution.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and handle high-pressure rushes.
• Follow direction of kitchen management teams.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets
