Requirements

Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Teamwork
Ability to operate tools and equipment
Able to work under pressure
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

Nice To Haves

Bilingualism in French and English is an asset

Responsibilities

Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management
Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Adheres to Sodexo safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
Ensures security of company assets
Wash dishes, glasses and utensils by hand or with a dishwasher
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen (floors, equipment and material)
Emptying the garbage cans and transporting the garbage to the appropriate containers
