Requirements

2-4 years of residential maintenance experience (more is a plus).
Solid hands-on skills across multiple trades.
Own tools, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license.
Comfort with mobile technology (apps for scheduling and job management).
Ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to handle unexpected issues (curveballs).
A problem-solving mindset with a "no excuses" attitude.

Nice To Haves

Trade certifications (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) are a bonus.

Responsibilities

Start your day from home, receiving your schedule the night before.
Handle 3-5 jobs per day at a mix of homes, apartments, and townhomes.
Perform a wide range of tasks including plumbing (drips, clogs, swaps), HVAC (filters, simple fixes, thermostats), electrical (light switches, outlets, fixtures), drywall (patching, sanding, painting), and general repairs and make-readies.
Upload notes and photos from each job using a company-provided phone.
Communicate with dispatch and teammates throughout the day.
Identify and report any issues observed in the field.
Complete tasks efficiently and effectively, making a tangible difference.
