Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in multiple trades (carpentry, painting, drywall, basic electrical/plumbing preferred)
Physically able to handle home repair tasks
Professional appearance, strong customer service skills, and reliable transportation (until company van)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Positive attitude and pride in quality workmanship
Comfortable using basic technology for job tracking

Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of home repairs and maintenance for residential customers, including: Carpentry, drywall repair & patching Painting (interior/exterior) Minor plumbing and electrical work Door/window repairs, flooring, assembly, and general maintenance
Customer communication and job completion with high quality standards
