Requirements
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a dependable, punctual work ethic
- Must own a truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting tools and materials
- Must have your own tools and be able to work independently
- Ability to lift and handle heavy tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to navigate and use an online portal system
- All HVAC technicians must have EPA certification to comply with new refrigerant regulations
- General Liability Insurance is required; COI must be provided
- W9 form with a valid Tax ID is required
- Completion of onboarding video training with a live vendor representative is required before receiving work orders
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or related trades
