The Town of Avon, Colorado, is accepting applications for a General Government Administrative Assistant Part -Time Year-Round The General Government Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of Town Hall’s Front Reception area. The position supports the administrative functions for both the Town Clerk and the Court Clerk and helps to manage the front office operations by serving as the primary point person to greet customers. This position answers the town’s phones (switchboard for all departments) and directs callers and/or customers to the appropriate person or department, handles customer and guest inquiries, and facilitates monetary transactions related to the payment of court fines. The position assists with various administrative duties as directed by the Town Clerk and serves an important role in keeping the front office operations running efficiently.
