About The Position

Manage, direct and supervise crew leaders, field personnel and equipment as well as plan and execute assigned work. This role involves organizing and assigning crews and equipment to efficiently perform the required work, understanding and following all company policies, procedures, and work rules, maintaining accurate records of required work, and overseeing the hiring and training of all Davey employees in the territory. The position also requires investigating accidents and promptly reporting them to appropriate management. Every day there’s something new to do!

Requirements

Love of the outdoors
Ability to complete Electrical Hazard Awareness Program and OSHA training
Ability to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Commercial Driver’s License-Class A or B with Airbrake Endorsement
Line clearance experience or other related tree work
Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by state law
ISA Certified Arborist®, ISA Certified Tree Worker®, and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional®
