Under the direction of the Facilities Manager and Director, the General Foreman plans, directs, and supervises the daily operations of Facilities team members engaged in maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair activities throughout the property. This position is responsible for coordinating labor, materials, equipment, contractors, and project schedules to ensure work orders and projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and organizational expectations. The General Foreman serves as a working leader by providing technical expertise, leadership, coaching, and support to Facilities Technicians while maintaining a strong focus on safety, service excellence, quality workmanship, and operational efficiency.
