About The Position

Sandridge Crafted Foods is hiring full-time General Food Production Workers in Medina, Ohio, for first- and second-shift roles producing ready-to-eat foods such as salads and soups. Work takes place in a clean, fast-paced, team-based refrigerated facility and follows strict food safety standards (GMP). Employees may work as packers or case packers, line leads, clean room operators, tray or hand fillers, potato unloaders, ingredient handlers or prep workers, or production support staff rotating across lines. The listed base pay is $17.38 per hour, with a $3.00-per-hour second-shift premium and a weekly attendance bonus of $1.50 per hour. The stated compensation range is $17.38–$21.88 per hour. Requirements
