About The Position

Sandridge Crafted Foods is hiring full-time General Food Production Workers for first- and second-shift positions in Medina, Ohio. Workers join a team producing ready-to-eat foods such as salads and soups in a clean, fast-paced, refrigerated facility. The work environment is team-based and follows strict food safety standards, including GMP. Work assignments may include packing and inspecting finished products, supporting production lines, operating filling equipment in controlled environments, filling trays by hand, moving trays and materials, preparing and staging ingredients, and rotating across production lines. The position offers weekly pay, stable full-time hours, overtime availability, and career growth opportunities. Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours.
