About The Position

Requirements

- Valid Ohio Elementary Education Teaching License.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with Ohio academic standards for second-grade students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
- Monitor student progress through ongoing assessments and adjust instruction to maximize student success.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, support staff, and families to promote student achievement.
- Incorporate technology and creative instructional strategies into daily classroom activities.
- Maintain effective classroom management while encouraging respect, responsibility, and positive behavior.
- Keep accurate records of student performance and communicate progress with parents and guardians.
