About The Position

Boca Radiology Group (BRG), a 50-person subspecialized private practice serving a 400-bed tertiary hospital, 11 outpatient imaging centers, and teleradiology sites, is seeking an ABR board-certified or board-eligible Remote General Diagnostic Radiologist as an independent contractor. The practice offers a flexible, 100% remote schedule, pay-per-click compensation, and no call. The radiologist should be comfortable interpreting ultrasound, CT, MR, and X-ray studies. Mammography and musculoskeletal skills are not required. Full-time employed options are also available. BRG is a technologically advanced practice using equipment and techniques including 3.0 Tesla MRI, specialized MARS techniques, DECT, and SPECT-CT. The position requires a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree, residency training in Diagnostic Radiology, and the ability to obtain a Florida license. Fellowship training is preferred but not required, and fellows are welcome to apply. The stated salary range is $400,000–$1,000,000; final compensation may vary based on factors including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. Relocation support is available. The role is listed as an independent contractor, full-time (30+ hours per week), remote, and day/first shift.

Requirements

Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree.
Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology.
Ability to obtain a Florida license.
Comfort reading ultrasound, CT, MR, and X-ray studies.
