About The Position

Waxhaw Dental Center is hiring a General Dentist to join their amazing team. This is an established family dentistry practice where clinical excellence, team collaboration, and patient trust are top priorities. The practice offers a thriving environment with strong new patient flow, modern technology, and unmatched support for professional growth. The position highlights include full-time employment, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm, a minimum guaranteed salary of $150,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections, a PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base, mentorship, a clear Doctor Development Plan, and a path to partnership with no upfront cost.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures, Extractions (simple and surgical), Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals).
• Experience with iTero scanning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative spirit.

Nice To Haves

• Implant placement experience.

• Utilize iTero scanning technology.
• Potentially place implants (experience is a plus, not required).
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborate with an experienced leadership team and other dental professionals.
