About The Position
Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established West Salem practice in Salem, Oregon. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a predominantly fee-for-service environment, allowing you to focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care while enjoying greater clinical autonomy and stronger patient relationships. Our practice model emphasizes quality, long-term oral health, and treatment outcomes rather than high-volume, insurance-driven dentistry. Unlike heavily insurance-driven practices, this fee-for-service model allows dentists to spend more time educating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering care focused on quality and outcomes. At Gentle Dental, we believe exceptional patient care begins with supporting our doctors and clinical teams. Our group practice model provides the resources, operational support, and collaborative environment needed to help dentists thrive while maintaining clinical independence.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Oregon dental license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
- Current CPR certification
- DEA registration and NPI number (or ability to obtain)
