About The Position
Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established Skyline practice in Salem, Oregon. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a predominantly fee-for-service environment, allowing you to focus on comprehensive, relationship-based dentistry while maintaining a high level of clinical autonomy. With fewer insurance-driven limitations, you'll have the opportunity to provide the care you believe is best for your patients while building long-term trust and treatment acceptance. Unlike heavily insurance-driven practices, this fee-for-service model allows providers to spend more time educating patients, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and focusing on quality outcomes rather than volume.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Oregon dental license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
- Current CPR certification
- DEA registration and NPI number (or ability to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Practice comprehensive, relationship-based dentistry.
- Focus on comprehensive treatment planning.
