About The Position

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian General Dentist to provide services onsite at locations within the Orlando, VA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM. The primary site will be at Lake Nona Medical Center, in Orlando Florida. This is a full-time position within a supportive clinic environment, working alongside exceptional dental hygienists and dental assistants. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role may require travel to outpatient clinics within the Orlando VA Healthcare system when coverage is needed, including the Viera VA Clinic, Daytona Beach, and Lake Baldwin.

Requirements

• Doctorate in dentistry from an accredited program approved by the Council on Dental Education of the ADA.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in any one of the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• US citizenship.
• Active BLS through the AHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services onsite at locations within the Orlando, VA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM.
• Work primarily at Lake Nona Medical Center in Orlando, Florida.
• Travel to outpatient clinics within the Orlando VA Healthcare system (Viera VA Clinic, Daytona Beach, and Lake Baldwin) when coverage is needed.
