Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active Wisconsin dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships.
A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing a strong clinical team.
Committed to lifelong learning and expanding your clinical expertise.
Dedicated to creating healthy smiles while making a meaningful impact in your community.
DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining )
Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive, high-quality dental care focused on long-term patient health and exceptional clinical outcomes.
Perform comprehensive exams, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient education and informed decision-making.

Lead and mentor your clinical team while fostering a positive, collaborative, patient-first culture.

Maintain the highest standards of ethics, patient safety, compliance, and clinical excellence.
Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
