About The Position

We are a private dental office seeking a General Dentist to join our amazing and supportive team. We foster a happy, collaborative environment and offer comprehensive support with an in-house orthodontist, oral surgeon, and periodontist. This role is ideal for a dentist looking to work 2-5 days a week in a practice that values team member well-being and provides exceptional, lifelong oral healthcare. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years as a general dentist.
  • Ability to perform most general dentistry treatments such as fillings, crowns, bridges, esthetic dentistry, implant restorations, molar root canals, surgical extractions, bone grafts, and laser gum therapy.
  • Ability to treat multiple patients simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with patients.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including esthetic dentistry, dental implants, extractions, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout treatment.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to enhance office efficiency and patient experience.
  • Stay updated on dental terminology and advancements in general dentistry practices.
