Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active California dental license or ability to obtain one before employment
CPR/BLS certification, DEA registration, and NPI, or ability to obtain as applicable
Commitment to evidence-based dentistry and exceptional patient care
Strong communication, treatment planning, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a dental care team

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and oral health assessments.
Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide preventive, restorative, and general dentistry services within your clinical training and expertise.
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and available treatment options.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other dental professionals.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Refer patients for specialty treatment when appropriate.
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered dental care.
