About The Position

Select Dental Management (SDM) is seeking a patient-focused Associate Dentist for Federici Dental in Manahawkin, NJ. This role offers the autonomy of private practice supported by SDM's operational, educational, and mentorship resources. Clinicians are encouraged to grow their skills and build rewarding careers. The position is part-time, working Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with an annual compensation of $220,000-$300,000.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

GPR or AEGD preferred.
Endodontic, surgical and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
Leverage digital tools such as digital x-rays, CBCT, iTero, and Overjet to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
