About The Position

Gentle Dental Green Valley in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking a full-time General Dentist. The role welcomes both recent graduates and experienced Dentists and offers mentorship, clinical guidance, continuing education, and a collaborative practice environment. Dentists have clinical autonomy while receiving support from an established dental team, operational and administrative resources, and in-house specialists. The practice has an established patient base, is predominantly PPO, and provides the opportunity to deliver comprehensive general dentistry. The position offers a guaranteed daily rate during the transition and ramp-up period, with production-based compensation and earnings potential of $200,000–$400,000+. The schedule is five days per week, Monday through Friday, with one Saturday per month. The practice is located at 669 N Stephanie St, Suite C-3, Henderson, NV 89014.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Current Nevada dental license, or ability to obtain one before employment.
Current CPR certification.
DEA registration and NPI number, or ability to obtain them as required.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry and exceptional patient care.
