About The Position
ProSmile is seeking a General Dentist to join their team. This role emphasizes treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care. The General Dentist will have the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population, practice at a comfortable pace with a flexible schedule, and receive in-house continuing education. Training opportunities are available in Laser Dental/Soft Tissue Surgery, Practice Management, Implants, Invisalign, and more. Responsibilities
- Work with clinical staff to provide quality patient care
- Follow standard dentistry procedures and comply with company policies
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed
- Stay abreast with latest developments and techniques in the dental field
- Exude excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, other Dentists, office managers, and other staff members
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
