The organization serves diverse and underserved communities. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and average full-time earnings of $290,000–$350,000+. The role offers flexibility in scheduling, including full-time, part-time, and Saturdays-only arrangements.
